After 20 years working in the document management industry, Joe Berg saw a better way to do forms processing. For more than 10 years he fostered this vision, and brought it to fruition in 2011 by founding BOLT with a group of industry visionaries. Today, Bolt is dedicated to document automation, with a specialty in accounts payable solutions. The company is headquartered in New York City, with satellite offices in Connecticut and Florida.
